POSITION: SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BMS)

SECTOR: BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

SALARY: 40-50k (depending on experience) + BONUS (up to 90% of salary) + COMPANY CAR / CAR ALLOWANCE SCHEME + PENSION, HEALTHCARE + BENEFITS

LOCATION: Covering London / South East region

Our client is a company called ‘BAS’ (Building Automation Solutions), they are one of the leading BMS / Energy Management companies in the UK. They have a strong presence in the UK because of their high quality service and project delivery.

They are a rapidly growing and progressive company and are actively recruiting to add to their already successful company.

Due to growth and recent acquisitions they are actively looking to recruit 2 Sales / Business Development Managers in the London / South East Region to drive new sales on BMS controls.

This position requires candidates to work on obtaining new business on projects and will have previous experience of selling within the construction industry (FM contractors and M&E contractors, architects and End users).

You will be identifying new business and initiating contact with multiple prospective customers and will continually develop a network of contacts. Working with minimal supervision you will build partnering relationships and be able to demonstrate technical expertise to develop creditability, loyalty trust and commitment.

Ideal candidates will have a Sales background within the BMS Sector however our client would also consider technical sales professionals with a Fire Alarm, HVAC or FM sales background.

Candidates should have a good understanding of the technical aspects of BMS / HVAC and knowledge of the HVAC sector and be capable of putting together a specification requirement.

Our client is looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, customer focussed, decisive, and committed and is self-motivated to grow and develop within the organisation.
