Description

We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative for a company in Haverhill.

The Customer Services Sales Representative role is tasked with managing, selling and promoting the company to customers within your region, building and maintaining good relationships. You will work with and support the Regional and Area Sales Managers within the region.

In addition you will process orders from relevant customers and maintain all Customer Services standards and SLA targets.

Ideally, the individual chosen for this key role will have a blend of sales and administration skills. This will allow the individual to play a strong role in supporting companies growth in EMEA.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Sales
o Actively follow up sales leads; pass over relevant sales leads to field sales; measure and monitor performance of leads over time.
o Complete and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and full reporting is available, but for own and field sales customers.
o Gather forecast data from customers to ensure a steady flow / availability of the appropriate products.
o Work with companies marketing / tradeshow teams to help coordinate activity at tradeshows, solution seminars, etc.
o Be proactive in attitude and willing to learn new processes and procedures.

• Customer services:
o Deal with customer queries, escalating any issues to the Team Leader.
o Be proactive – call the customers to inform them of any changes relating to their order(s)
o Liaise with Document control and supply chain to ensure part numbers are requested and added on to the system.
o Log relevant communication with customers on the CRM;

Customer Service or call centre experience is essential.

Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

Must be able to communicate in German, does not have to be fluent but must have good understanding.

Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience with SalesForce and Lotus notes is preferred.

May involve an occasional business trip or to attend trade shows; therefore, employee must possess or can acquire a driver’s license, a credit card, and a passport.
