The Company – Chinese Speaking Graduate Sales Executive

Our client designs, manufactures and sells fibre optic products to clients all over the world, they have offices in the UK, Asia, America’s and the Middle East. Our client works in a new and quickly expanding market place and they are looking for proactive, driven graduates to them with their ambitious growth plans.

The Role – Chinese Speaking Graduate Sales Executive

The sales executive will initially spend a short period of time with the operations department to give the sales executive the opportunity to get an inside look at what our client does and see their products first hand. After this initial period the sales executive will work alongside a senior member of the sales team, enabling the graduate to learn from them including how to contact clients and manage face to face communications.

After the induction period the sales executive will be allocated their own territory and accounts, the sales executive will be responsible for setting up meetings with these clients and sending out quotes. There is fantastic scope for progression within this role with promotion into a management position, where you can build and manage your own team being a very realistic prospect. In the longer term there could also be opportunities to progress into a role within one of our clients other international locations.

The sales executive will receive industry leading training, and will also have the opportunity to work alongside the CEO, benefiting from their expertise and knowledge of our clients industry and business acumen. • Fluent in Chinese

• Strong organisational skills
• IT Literate
• Full, preferably clean, UK driving license required.
