Telesales Executive

Our client based near Cirencester requires Telesales Executives to join their team as part of their expansion plans. Excellent location, fantastic working environment with the "first of its kind" product to sell! Are you passionate about sales and the beauty industry then please read on!

You will be contacting beauty salons throughout the UK promoting our client's product. Our client is the only distributor of this product and has external representatives throughout the country waiting to provide demonstrations. It is your job to arrange appointments for these reps to meet with the beauty salon and provide a demo of the product. You must ensure the appointment is qualified as this gives the rep the best chance of closing the sale and in turn you getting your commission.

It is essential that you have previous telesales experience, ideally cold calling and appointment setting. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to build a quick rapport with people and enjoy gaining knowledge of new products to be able to sell them to the best of your ability. You will be working to targets so you should thrive in a results based environment. It is not essential to have a background in beauty as training on the product and industry will be provided.

As this is a semi rural location it would be preferable that you have your own transport. The hours of 9-5.30 Monday to Friday but you will occasionally be required to attend trade shows which will occur on a Saturday so you must be flexible. Salary is £15k with OTE £20k.
