Regional Sales Manager - Home Based

This market leading company with a dominant position in their core markets are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager. They are a major supplier to the highways market supplying leading edge products in lighting, displays and interactive traffic management solutions. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work with their exiting distributer channels and engage with new clients in the positioning and creating of new markets. The Regional Sales Manager needs to have strong account management skills coupled with the ability to work closely with all stages of the distribution chain to facilitate further sales growth. The regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for working with local government providers in road safety initiatives planning and where necessary involved in new product innovation.
To be successful in this role the Regional Sales Manager will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
• Good client relationship building
• Proven track record in business development
• Knowledge of M&E by association or education
• Good knowledge of Highways market, suppliers and structure
• Engagement skills and the ability to work in collaborative environment

This position covers the South but it is envisaged this person would be home based in the South East
