Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Basic + £28,000 - £34,000 Realistic OTE + Excellent Benefits Package
Our client is investing within their business throughout 2012 and as a dynamic cloud communication provider that specialises in offering hosted IT Services, Connectivity and Telephony solutions they are now looking for a Trainee B2B Field Sales Executive. As a business they work with clients throughout the UK to help improve customer service, business continuity and reduce their current telecoms spend.
This role will lead to a field sales position within a period of 4-6 months and during this time you will be fully trained for your migration into a field sales position with a focus on SPIN selling techniques and all technical training required.
They are seeking a talented, energetic and ambitious sales professional to be responsible for their data acquisition, marketing penetration campaign management and appointment setting for their Field Sales Executives.
This is an opportunity for the successful Candidate to develop their career in a short space of time and earn high levels of remuneration on the back of their own performance.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
Conversion of Inbound, Outbound & Existing Sales Leads
Pitching to Prospective Clients and closing over the phone
Using an effective and professional consultative sales technique, you will identify new business prospects and development opportunities.
Up-sell and cross sell our solutions to a base of existing clients
Occasional Client Meetings On-Site & Off-Site
Building & Maintaining Client Relationships
Maintaining Flexibility in order to Achieve Targets Set Out
Nurture a base of prospects
Play a key part within the design of marketing campaigns with an outside agency
Follow up on all marketing activities BOTH online and offline
Liaise with Marketing over the success and launch of marketing campaigns
Key Skills & Experiences will include:
B2B Telesales or Client Facing Sales experience
Charismatic, Confident & Well Spoken
Ability to Build Rapport quickly
Experience of working as Part of Team
Sales Experience from a similar Background
Ability to Prioritise
