National Account Manager
My client is seeking an experienced National Account manager to join their existing team.
My clients business, is in a niche market and they are expanding dramatically. Due to this growth they are now listed in many retail multiple accounts and their intention is to be a national brand and in every retail outlet where deemed suitable.
They are looking for a National Account Manager to manage and develop these existing customers/Accounts and it is essential that you will have a minimum of 5 years experience with a large branded FMCG business managing one of the top 5 Grocery Multiples. With a track record of success and a strong understanding of P&L management principles along with development of the strategic business areas of price, product, placement and promotion.
The successful National Account Manager:-
Will enjoy working in a successful team environment with a burning ambition to show how to excel in a sales role. It is vital to have a can-do attitude and dig in when the going gets tough.
Lead by example
Demonstrate impact and presence along with confidence and drive.
Strong interpersonal skills, has examples of success when working as part of a cross-functional team.
A critical thinker with strong commercial acumen, ambitious, proactive and conveys a clear passion and enthusiasm for brands.
Structured account management skills, competent in Microsoft Office and time management.
Working under pressure, self motivated using initiative within business guidelines.
Flexible, reliable, willing to learn.
