RGN - Newly qualified & experienced - Elderly care - Yeovil - £10.50 - £13 per hour

STR Health is looking for a registered general nurse to join their client's prestigious nursing home group. You must be RGN qualified and have a real passion for elderly care.

The right candidate must have experienced and a proven track record of successfully working with both elderly and dementia residents. My client is looking for a nurse that is passionate about providing patient centred care and someone that genuinely wants to make a difference.

Able to lead, not follow a team
Motivated to deliver a high level of care
Strong Leadership qualities
Ability to control and calm situations
Previous experience within a care home setting
Assess residents health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse in Health and Safety and Security

You will have excellent communication and time management skills and sound judgment. A strong customer focus and a flexible approach to working hours will also be key to succeeding in this role. In exchange my clients are offering a salary of £10.50 to £13.00 per hour depending on your experience.
