As an experienced RGN, you will be working for one of the area's most respected Nursing Homes where your main job will be to care for the health and well-being of the residents.

Some of your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Communicating with all residents, support services and families with regards to the residents' health issues.
Administer medications
Pre Admission Assessments
Maintain medical supplies
Assist with meals
Complete Risk Assessments
Monitor and complete care plans

You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a nursing home setting and be able to work flexible hours.
