Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative, the suitable candidate will field calls from hair salons and the sales team for Salon Advantage, they operate a professional reward points scheme. Majority of calls involve taking orders from salons based on their points accrued or resolving queries relating to a salons advantage points.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Excel and Word with good customer service.

You must be able to work Monday - Friday 08.45 - 17.00
