Senior Recruitment Consultant - Industrial and/or Driving - Birmingham

Salary: up to £30K basic (DOE) plus OTE together with an amazing bonus structure with zero threshold plus possible car and superior benefits package too !!

Our Client is an independent organisation with a large UK presence within the Driving / Logistics and Industrial / Warehousing sectors. The company is growing rapidly and therefore all branches are being expanded and our client now seeks to employ a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the branch located in the Birmingham area.

They now have an opportunity for a focused and ambitious Driving and/or Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their Team. The successful Candidate will possess a minimum of 18+ months experience of working within this targeted sector and be someone who is a self-starter and have the passion to hit targets and identify new business potentials in the local area.

You must have experience within the Driving and/or Industrial Recruitment Industry delivering new business as well as account management
You must be able to hit the ground running
You must have good rapport building skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills required
Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face
Offer a quality service to clients by selecting quality applicants through good job matching and tight control
Monitor performances to ensure clients are consistently satisfied.
Ability recruit and select quality candidates
Advertise for candidates in such a manner that will generate the largest/ best quality response whilst complying with legal requirements.
Generate a good rapport with all user clients
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/ action plans
