BASIC TO 25K PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION PLUS PENSION / HEALTHCARE / QUARTERLY AND ANNUALLY INCENTIVES

Due to increased demand they are looking to grow both our the Sales & Marketing team and our Supply Engineering team in Bury St Edmonds. First year OTE £35k.

You must have the ability to work at pace and be credible pitching to decision makers up to director level. Of paramount importance is the ability to develop existing relationships and win new business.

To be considered you will need at least twelve months experience doing high value, specialist permanent or contract recruitment. During this time you should have established yourself as a high performer with a reputation for hitting and exceeding your targets.

You should exhibit drive, tenacity and a real passion to be the best at what you do.
