Specialising in all aspects of engineering recruitment, they have been representing highly skilled engineers ever since their conception and predominantly place into the automotive, manufacturing, energy, pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors. Offering recruitment support and guidance to CAD engineers, chemical engineers and wind farm technicians, they are able to fill niche positions on a temporary, interim and permanent basis. With a team of highly experienced engineering consultants, they are able to provide a tailored service that can fill the needs of their clients and the career parameters of their candidates.

As a company they offer many opportunities for their staff and are constantly growing and developing the team. As a result of this they are now recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Leeds.

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in any kind of engineering recruitment. Your experience will ideally be within a permanent engineering setting and you will have excellent knowledge of your sector. As an engineering Recruitment Consultant you will be running a warm desk covering engineering, automotive and manufacturing. The vacancy is due to the relocation of a longstanding consultant to a different branch. You must be capable of a 360 role and will be able to handle all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will possess excellent personal management and will have first rate communication skills. Able to form productive relationships with clients and candidates you will also be capable of developing the business through sourcing clients and candidates through attraction, headhunting and other media. You will be an applied individual with high aspirations and a desire to achieve; you will enjoy working in a target focused environment and will work tirelessly towards your goals with autonomy. Professional at all times, you will be financially motivated and hungry for success. An outgoing high achiever with strong sector knowledge would be a desirable applicant.
