The world's largest and foremost office products company are currently looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Recruitment Consultant for their B2B division in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished recruitment professional to develop their career within a dynamic market-leading business. The company's UK HR function is currently evolving and a new structure is in the process of being implemented. As Recruitment Consultant and reporting in to the Talent and Learning & Development Manager, you would become the internal authority on all recruitment matters, providing expert support and guidance to the office products delivery business in Birmingham.

You will assist in agreeing a standard UK recruitment process that is consistent across all channels. Included in this will be a clear strategy for driving a high volume of high calibre candidates to the company's recruitment website. You will build a pool of qualified candidates and strive to provide Business Partners with the best possible candidates for their vacancies. You will also be expected to headhunt as and when the situation requires. You will be responsible for creating a small portfolio of external recruitment suppliers, with whom you will work closely and act as their consistent point of contact.

The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Officer, either from an agency background or with In-House experience. You must have recruited for sales positions in previous roles. Experience recruiting via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) will be required, as will experience working with an applicant tracking system. You will be a results focused and driven individual, well organised and able to prioritise a varied workload effectively while working to deadline. You will also be an excellent communicator with good IT skills plus a keen eye for detail.
