This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the East Midland’s leading recruitment agencies within a key management role.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to head up our team in Derby. You will lead by example in this ‘hands-on’ role to ensure we operate to the highest industry standards.

You will motivate and lead a small team, overseeing the daily branch operations and ensuring the smooth running of existing contracts.

With a proactive approach you will help to generate leads and to maximise the business opportunities for the branch. With an emphasis on customer care you will build relationships with clients to negotiate contracts to supply both temporary and permanent, commercial and industrial staff.

The successful candidate will have a background in recruitment and experience of managing a small team.
