RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (Graduate/Entry Level)

Business Development role requiring a high level of both client and professional candidate contact.

The role will include:
- Client contact from cold in order to attract and develop new business

- Customer service of existing engineering client base

- Negotiation

- Candidate attraction, briefing and interviewing through to placement on either contract or permanent basis

- All administration including vacancy advertising, database population and search, contract documentation

- Complying to all legislation, statutory and non-statutory requirements

- Working within an ISO 9001 : 2008 accredited system

You will:
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Be ambitious to succeed in a competitive but rewarding industry

- Able to extract and analyse data

- Be methodical in your approach

- Be willing to undertake extensive training

- Be target driven/goal orientated

- Present yourself professionally

Entry requirements:
- Degree qualified

- IT literate inc Social Media

- Ability/flexibility to travel UK wide

Remuneration package:
