HR Business Partner
Up to £30k

Fast paced technology business seeks an experienced, collaborative and credible self-starter to join our HR team to provide maternity cover for approximately 9 to 12 months.

This position can be based at any Tribal office in the North (Sheffield, Leeds, Lancaster, Hessle, Nottingham) and will involve frequent UK travel.
You will develop, deliver and promote best practice management across the business in line with the HR strategy. You will proactively role model, through personal example of attitude and behaviour, Tribal Group’s values, amongst the peer group and employee base to become a trusted advisor.

Your primary focus will be on driving delivery across all centres of excellence for International employees and management of assignees and supporting our Resourcing Partner with delivery of global vacancies.

Your role will also include:

Service Delivery and Information – Delivering an integrated, pragmatic and reliable service using clearly articulated policies, processes and data

Organisation Design & Development - Identifying and implementing beneficial changes to the organisation in line with future requirements

Resourcing & Talent Planning – Ensuring a proactive, robust and professional method of identifying and securing talent

Learning & Talent Development – Maximising existing talent through actively managing performance and development of skills, experience and knowledge

Reward & Recognition – Building employee commitment to the organisation
You will be a skilled influencer and decisive thinker able to demonstrate business awareness.

The ability to identify the link between HR action and business performance is essential along with flexibility and excellent relationship building skills. Any knowledge or experience of dealing with International recruitment and assignees would be an advantage.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

 Strong academic background
 Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
 CIPD qualified
 Typically 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR
 Excellent communication and listening skills
 Integrity
 Courage to challenge
 Innovative and forward thinking
