Our client is a dynamic property developer specialising in contemporary London apartments and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Lettings Negotiator.

You will be:
* Experienced in a similar role or have worked for a Estate Agency
* Managing 6-7 properties so you must be able to manage your own work load
* Booking and carrying out viewings
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Proactive in generating business
* Confident
* A self starter and self motivated
* A car owner and have a full driving license
