Accounts Assistant - Part Time
This is a part time permanent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join an established and friendly business based in Chesterfield
The successful candidate must have previous experience in an Accounts Administration role, with the ability to learn quickly and work on their own initiative.
Good IT skills are necessary, with a high level of Microsoft Office proficiency.
The role will also involve speaking to and dealing with customers so an excellent telephone manner is essential.
Key duties will include:
* Processing payroll
* Inputting sales and purchase ledger
* Order processing
* Credit control
* General ad hoc administration duties including; photocopying, customer liaison, filing any other administration tasks as required
Working hours will be 14 hours per week working 8:30am - 4:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch
