Global Internal Comms Coordinator
Our client based in Denham is looking for a Team Coordinator in the Global Internal Comms department of their busy and energetic head office.
They are looking for someone with previous team admin experience and with a desire to learn more about internal comms. This is not strictly a personal assistant or administrative job and there will be opportunities to learn new skills. Someone who is genuinely interested in understanding the role of global internal comms and their priorities will be best placed to effectively support the team and potentially grow a career in this discipline.
Duties include:
*Managing diary / meetings
*Taking a brief to manage recruitment and performance management process
*Scheduling team meetings - monthly global comms calls, weekly team updates, away days
*Preparing departmental presentations / communications (including meeting minutes, CEO letter etc)
*Team expenses
*Ordering couriers
*Booking meeting rooms
*Booking travel and producing itineraries, visas etc
*Answers phones should the team not be available
*Departmental filing, copying, scanning
*Maintain department paperwork, files, reports, stationery cupboard
*Print morning press cutting
*Managing holiday calendar
*Managing image gallery
*Must be proficient at using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and an awareness of managing diaries in Gmail a benefit
*Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work closely with people at all levels of the company and build relationships (internal and external)
