The position for Installation Co-ordinator in Haverhill is no longer available
Our Client is seeking a well organised Co-ordinator to join their department.
The primary function of this role will be to schedule all engineers for installations.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Managing the engineering schedule and ensuring all job request are allocated efficiently.
2. Maintaining all Installation Engineer paperwork and assisting with Installation administration tasks.
3. Improving efficiency and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
4. Escalating any issues to the Installation Management Team and updating internal departments with Installation progress.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and ideally have some scheduling experience.
