PA/MARKETING ANALYST

An exciting and interesting opportunity has arisen within a global corporation based in Egham for a PA and Marketing Analyst to support the MD EMEA on two counts.

Firstly, as an Analyst you will be required to:
 Analyse reports drawing information from various locations within and outside the EMEA region and producing presentations
 Analyse performance data and produce management reports to provide clear information of business performance
 Manage monthly executive reports and providing support for monthly and quarterly customer account plans

Secondly as a PA duties will include:
 Diary and email management
 Co-ordination of all quarterly and regional management meetings
 Co-ordination of offsite meetings within each region of EMEA
 Organising exhibitions and trade fairs both locally and overseas
 Travel arrangements and relevant negotiation with suppliers
 Internal and external expense management
 HR Administration
 Co-ordination of sales/marketing and technical budget process programmes

Candidates must have experience of both elements of this role and must be an effective communicator with strong analytical skills coupled with business acumen. Abundant energy and the ability to multi task and remain focussed within a fast paced working environment is essential. In addition a high skill level in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (V-look ups), is required.
