An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator who is seeking a part time position and is available IMMEDIATELY!! This is an ongoing temp role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis, ensuring the safe keeping of the office, including operation and back up of all computers, phone systems, franking machine, copiers and scanners, heating system, dealing with IT problems etc. You also will be responsible for opening and distributing post and making sure that any necessary supplies are available for external mailings, updating membership lists, maintaining database and keeping up to date, implementing office policies, managing any procurement of all office supplies, stationary.

You will also able to provide cover for two members of staff and also assist with travel reconciliation reimbursement, booking staff travel, chase any outstanding money and cover any other ad-hoc duties.

As you will be dealing with expenses it will be ideal that you have a previous SAGE experience. You also must have very strong IT Skills (MS Office & Outlook), some bookkeeping experience and administration skills. You also must be pro-active, well organised, work on your own initiative, confident, good English grammar and spelling.
