Technical Support officer

Excellent Technical Support officer Position available Immediately in Renowned Harrogate Organisation!

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)

Working within a New Role, you will be reporting into the Service Manager.
Duties Include: Providing Service Support to both Members of the Public and Organisations, Routing Information and Escalating issues to other Departments, Problem solving and Issue Resolution & Providing high levels of customer service

Technical or Industrial Knowledge is an advantage, although all service and product knowledge training will be provided!
