National Account Administrator

Administrative Support (Hatfield-based)

Due to the continuing growth of our prestigious Hatfield based Client. Has lead to an exciting opportunity for a national accounts administrator to assist in the day to day management of their customer accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within the National Account’s Management arena.

Duties will include

-Production of Daily Sales Reports, Weekly / Period Performance Overviews etc
-Maintenance of Customer information within SAP including Price-files
-Pricing & Margin report analysis in conjunction with National Account Mgrs
/ Head Office Category Teams etc
-Stock level analysis & liaison with Supply Chain / other internal stakeholders
-New Account set-up’s with SAP
-Production of Reports, Presentations etc for Customer Meetings & advisement

Desirable Technical competencies / Skills:
-Intermediate Excel skills (including use of v-look-up / Pivot tables etc)
-Ability to use Microsoft Word / PowerPoint packages
-Familiarity with SAP systems
-Use of Business Objects (Management Information System)
-Commercially aware
