Role Information:
* The Surveyor Manager will be responsible for a team of QS's
* Managerial responsibility
* Commercially focused and able to meet clients where necessary
* Firm understanding of contractual issues
* Increase sales through offering a more diverse range of services
* Oversee sub-contractors
* Responsible for all aspects of surveying within the business
* Diverse range of projects in the commercial, educational, retail, residential and Industrial sectors
* Office based role with occasional site visits
* Working in a team from their Southampton offices

Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Professional surveyor in the Building Services sector
* Managerial experience
* Commercially orientated with a thorough understanding of costs and credit control
* Building Services contracting experience
* Able to travel where necessary
* Able to accept more responsibility in the future
