Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment
£35 - 40k + Package
This West Midlands based national contractor provides affordable housing and property refurbishment services. They focus on the provision of refurbished housing in the social housing sector. Our client are looking for someone who have previous decent homes experience within the social housing sector consisting of internal, external low rise and high rise properties.

The Site Manager:
The successful candidate will be a proven manager who will lead from the front and take the responsibility of being solely in charge of the site and the way it is organised. You will also play a vital role in the programming of works managing sub contract labour, client meetings and progress meetings with your senior management team.
You will need to hold all relevant qualifications including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
