Senior Quantity Surveyor - Decent Homes - South London

My Client, a leading Main Contractor in the Decent Homes Sector, are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be site based in South London for a freelance position. This role will be spread over three sites and be sited based, this role is over 6 months.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have decent homes experience with a top 20 Decent Homes contractor who specialise in both internal and external refurbishment - kitchen, bathroom replacement, communal, roof renewal, window replacement etc
They also must reside within reasonable distance from South London area and have transportation to go between sites, fuel allowance will be included during working hours.
