RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

PREMIUM FASHION RETAILER IS NOW LOOKING FOR A RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR THEIR FLAGSHIP STORE. THIS IS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A GLOBALLY RENOWNED BRAND AS IT STARTS AN AMBITIOUS EXPANSION PLAN.

My client is one of the world's most famous fashion brands who are now looking to greatly improve the performance of their Flagship store.As a result they are now looking for a Retail Operations Manager , who has high-volume,fast paced experience ,to join their senior management team.

Though they are a fashion business,the successful candidate will not necessarily come from fashion, as you must have been involved in the running of a store with a minimum of £10 million turnover.

The main responsibility of the role is to lead the communication and execution of the corporate retail strategy within the store in partnership with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager; driving a 'customer first' culture and motivating the teams to maximise store performance and profitability both in the short and long

You will be;
Completer finisher with excellent project management skills.
Independent thinker with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Organised with good planning and time management skills
Skilled in developing and implementing policies, process, and procedures
Experience of new store and refurbishment projects
Able to produce coherent and concise reporting to executive level

You will have;
Previous management experience in similar role in fashion or high volume retail
Experience of coaching and developing staff
Experienced in managing team performance
Analytical and numerical skills
Intermediate excel and word
Strong maths and spoken and written English

Budget and expense management
Business acumen
Team leadership skills
