Store Manager – Women’s Fashion – Italian Speaking

A rapidly progressing brand with a dedicated following are now looking for a Store Manager to support the Store, drive sales and create business growth. Being able to maintain commutation with senior members of the retail team is essential, therefore all applicants must speak fluent Italian.

Our client is looking for a confident and proactive individual with a solid background in fashion retail to assist with the smooth running of their store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Luxury experience eager to progress, or for a dedicated fashion lover wanting to break into the luxury sector.

Key responsibilities:
• Set and exceed targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Undertake weekly trade reports
• Manage profit and loss with budget
• Ensure store standards are kept at their highest
• Regularly undertake training for staff
• Lead by example and deliver exception customer service
• Manage stock takes and implementing stock control procedures.
• Maintain regular contact with your Area Manager to maintain the smooth running of the store.
• Become an ambassador of the brand at all times

Requirements:
• Fluent Italian speaker
• Sales and target driven
• Able to work independently and make commercial decisions
• Experience of working within a fast environment
• Hold a full understanding of KPI’s and SWOT reports
• Highly organised and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communicator
• Commercially aware
• Strong administrative skills
