Store Manager, Orpington, Greater London - Market leading Homewares and Soft Furnishings company has an immediate opening for a Store Manager for a brand new retail store opening in Orpington, paying circa £21,000 + benefits.
As Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service standards through a dedicated and committed team. This is a hands on retail management role and you will be expected to lead from the front. This retail management role would suit a strong leader of people who enjoys coaching and developing your team to ensure that they are motivated and skilled to achieve their full potential.
As Store Manager you must have:
- Retail management experience at store manager level
- Sales and target focused
- A creative flair, passion for fashion
- A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience
- Experience in training, coaching and developing a team
- High store standards
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Commercial awareness
Ideally you will be a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Sales Manager or Floor Manager for a one to one service focused retail brand. It would be advantageous if you have soft furnishings or homewares experience.
