The Company

Our client is a leading organisation that operates across multiple sites throughout the UK. They supply a broad range of specialist products to a large client base.

The Role

To ensure efficient and effective operation of the retail division, including maximising turnover and profit.

• Support on the development of the retail division
• Maximise turnover and profit
• Performance management, including development, monitoring and reviewing individual performance targets
• Manage and motivate staff, conduct appraisals and take responsibility for training and development needs of staff
• Manage a robust quality audit
• Work closely with other managers and section leaders
• Site meetings and reviews to improve working relationships
• Promote Health and Safety
• Deputise for the division manager when required

Hours & Days:

Full time working Monday-Friday (due to the scope of the role some overnight stays will occasionally be involved)

About You:

• From a retail background you will have proven experience in developing and managing multiple sites
• As well as the above you must also be numerate and literate with a good standard of education.
• Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full UK driving licence and own or have access to a car.
