£25,000 - £30,000 + bonus

The candidate:
• A marketing graduate (ideally with MSc Marketing) with a 2.2 degree or above
• A creative individual who can manage indirect sales and distribution networks whilst being able to motivate strong vendor commitment
• A retail related individual – who loves to win customers – full of ideas how to manage in-direct sales / distribution networks – and how to motivate strong vendor commitment / compliance.
• Technically skilled with a thorough knowledge of conventional, print, modern and digital media
• A well organized person who has a keen eye for detail and who is able to demonstrate transferable skills
• An excellent communicator who can speak at all levels
• A quick learner, independent thinker and a hard-working team player
• Willing to regularly travel to various sites and operations
• Full fluency in French would be beneficial but is not essential
What you’ll do:
To attract new players and improve the performance of their Lottery Product across various Gaming Operations
• Project Planning – in depth analysis of lottery formats / mechanics – definition of customer / player characteristics in line with development of effective sales and communication solutions, technical preparation, launch / promotion concepts …
• Project Co-ordination – integration of project objectives from different perspectives (Customer / Player, Vendor, Operations Management, Games, Marketing and IT-Department …) – alignment of all stakeholders to common priorities and commitments (efforts, resources, capacities …).
• Project Management – implementation (introduction training, launch / campaigns …) and on-going support management in line with supervision of performance optimisation process.
• Project Control – definition of quantitative and qualitative project objectives in line with on-going performance comparison / control reports.
• Project Expansion – on-going development of performance enhancing lottery formats / mechanics and sales / marketing tools, to enhance our lottery product performance.
