CRM Executive - Marketing
CRM Executive required to assist with the role out to our clients offices across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia Pacific the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.In this newly created role, the CRM Executive will be part of a team responsible for the successful CRM multinational deployment and on going support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial teams and will work closely with our clients technical department to ensure that commercial requirements are delivered.
The Candidate: We are seeking candidates with a strong commercial aptitude coupled with technical skills and the ability to communicate across the organisation. Overseas travel will be required in the fulfillment of this multi-facted role.
Training - prepare material and deliver and/or coordinate sessions in the UK or overseas and provide feedback
Assist in the alignment of CRM to business initiative and drivers. You will be expected to recommend and support third party products that can be used to enhance Microsoft Dynamics.
Support - 1 on 1 business support for users
Data Management - Data cleansing housekeeping on an on-going basis. Assist with and execute data exports and imports.
Testing - Liaise with technical teams
Previous working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2011
Previous experience in CRM administration and roll out
Fluency or strong capabilities with one or more additional languages will be desirable
Prior experience of system or software testing
Knowledge of the technologies underpinning CRM Dynamics and third party applications
Dependent on experience -£30,000-£40,000
