Quartz Recruitment are working with their client to help them find an Operations Manager for their hotel in Paignton

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly acquired hotel which will initially attract the coaching holidays and provide a warm and friendly service. The successful Operations Manager will be key in overseeing refurbishments as there are plans to increase the overall look and feel to the hotel which in time will improve the star rating.

You will be experienced in the hotel/hospitality industry and either be looking for that next step into Operations/Management or already an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator that is able to get on with the Senior Management team, a likeable personality will be essential as will good IT skills.

Salary £18k £24k per annum depending on skills and experience
