A Housing provider in the Midlands are looking to take on a scheme Manager to work with a Older people project within the West Midlands area.
You will need to have a real appreciation of the needs of older people and offer discreet background support and act as a co ordinator for the assessment and provision of support services.
Duties will include monitoring the well being of residents, encouraging and helping them to maintain an independent and active life while ensuring in your pro active management of the scheme, you monitor cleaners, gardeners and other contractors and the service you provide to the customers.
The National Wardens Certificate will be a distinct advantage, NVQ 2 in health and social Care, working knowledge of word and excel and a full driving license would be required.
