Part Time Finance Assistant
Adecco Recruitment are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant who can demonstrate previous accounts preparation experience. Working 25 hours Monday to Friday the role involves assisting with the preparation of budgets, processing supplier invoice payments, maintaining ledgers, bank account reconciliations, preparing financial statements and resolving internal and external queries. It is essential that the ideal candidate possess a knowledge of book-keeping and an understanding of the general accepted principles of Accounting. Experience of coding ledger entries on Excel and other systems is required, along with accurate data input capabilities. The role will involve the preparation of tabular materials, charts and statistical data and experience in this area is preferred. Strong administrative skills and the ability to analyse and monitor financial data and interpret financial policies would be an advantage.
