Telephone Negotiator

I have a fantastic opportunity for target driven candidates to earn an excellent salary and uncapped commission!!! We need highly motivated candidates who can join the already successful and friendly team.

We are recruiting for the role of Telephone Negotiators for a well respected firm in Manchester. You will talk directly to customers taking inbound and making outbound calls negotiating outstanding payments and reaching repayment agreements on their debts as well as dealing with any queries and disputes they may have.

Shifts will be between 8am and 8pm with one in 3 Saturdays 9am till 1pm.

Debt collection experience is essential along with good keyboard skills and you will need to be a strong communicator to deal with a variety of customers.

You must be determined and target-focused with the ability to think on your feet and be able to adapt to different situations and talk to different people to devise realistic solutions to problems.

Salary with start up to £17,000 dependant on experience.

In addition you will be entitled to the monthly bonus scheme.
