Senior Company Trainer

Key Accountabilities

*Complete the Delivery, Design and facilitation of company training programs and courses
*Complete updates to training materials and courses as instructed and assist with the development of all training courses, in line with company and Industry developments
*Provide any required assistance to the Training Resource Manager to ensure that the most up to date technology is used to support the efficient delivery of training
*Complete organised web based training events to members of the network
*Assist the Training Resource Manager, with ensuring that all training activity is organised and managed efficiently
*To maintain standards as requested by the Head of Training and Training Resource Manager and ensure that all training activity is recorded appropriately
*Requirement to travel nationally for the delivery of training programs

*Ability to work on own initiative
*Proven ability to develop training resources

Knowledge:
*In depth understanding of FSA T&C requirements

Experience:
*Proven experience in delivering and designing management programs
*Experience of working within Financial Services
*Resources & utilisation control

Qualifications:
*QCF Level 4 qualified or equivalent or working towards qualification
*Mortgage qualification (Desirable)
*Training qualification (Desirable)
