Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Chichester - up to £18,000
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to develop their career in the insurance industry. Our client is committed to staff development and we require successful candidates to work towards achieving their CII Certificate of Insurance.
The objective of this role is to serve and retain existing customers. This will include handling enquiries, amendments and renewals; an element of proactive calling is required as well. Meeting and exceed retention targets by renewing contracts and increasing revenue from existing customers. Maximise customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs. Communicate effectively with customers, by phone, mail and email Maintain accurate records of calls and client files

You may possess some of the following:
Previous insurance experience (commercial or personal lines).
A proven desire to develop and grow Excellent time management and organisational skills Confidence in building relationships with people, over the phone and occasionally face-to-face.
The ability to work to deadlines and process timeframes. A minimum of "C" grade in GCSE Maths Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Experience of working to and exceeding targets.
