Financial Analyst

Allstaff Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading manufacturer based to the North of Birmingham to assist them in recruiting a Financial Analyst to join their team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the business and providing advice to the leadership team throughout the company's international offices. You will be preparing reports for the monthly actual results and comparing these to the forecasts and plans. This is a varied position and the successful candidate will be required to travel globally and it would be advantageous if they were willing to consider international relocation in the future.

You will be able to confidently communicate analytical information to business managers in an appropriate manner and recommend any processes that may be required.

This is a standalone position reporting to the Head of Finance and rapid progression is available. You will need to be proactive and able to think outside of the box to continue to assist the business to grow.

Knowledge of Sage, Hyperion or SAP would be advantageous along with a proven working background within a financial analysis and management reporting.
