Paraplanner - Technical Advisor

Source Team are currently working in partnership with a leading financial services client who are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their already long established & successful team of advisors in Glasgow.

You should have experience of working closely with IFA's within an investment or wealth management environment and ideally already worked within a planning capacity.

Your remit will include:

Carrying out research on client's investments.
Drafting of Investment reports on behalf of, and under the direction of Advisers.
Completion of advice and completion letters on behalf of Advisers.
Occasional face-to-face contact with clients.
Dealing with clients on behalf of Advisers and other departments.
Attending client meetings with Advisers when required.
Facilitate processing of investment business.
Providing day to day support for field based advisers.
Preparation of application forms and other documents for client meetings.
Reinvestment process for maturing investments including arranging appointments.
Providing statistics for monthly reporting.
Incoming letters, covering all aspects of client instruction and enquiries.
