Financial Planner

Source Team are currently working in partnership with a market leading company in the financial services sector who are recruiting within their very successful & established financial planning team.

Your remit will include:

Provide Financial Planning and Advice: By accurately assessing our Clients needs' and through ongoing relationship building mediums, to seek out financial solutions which best meet the needs of Clients.

Financial Planning Delivery Takes responsibility for achieving and maximising fee delivery .Targets specific markets for the purpose of new client acquisition and business development opportunities with Professional Intermediaries.

Compliance Ensures compliance with internal procedures ensuring invoices are raised and costs are collected in a timely manner.

Business Development Is actively involved in marketing events and promotional campaigns to promote FP within the organisation and the market place, acting as an ambassador for CAM.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of and adherence to:-

All relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures
The principles and rules of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000
The principles and rules of the Financial Services Authority
All relevant internal policies.
Participate in relevant training courses when requested to do so
To fully comply with the relevant AML regulations
To fully comply with the FSA's statement of Principle and Code of Practice for Approved Persons
The FSA's Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principle and acting in a manner which helps to ensure fair outcomes for clients. You should be industry certified and working towards your Diploma in Financial Planning (CII). It would be advantageous to have completed your CII or hold a Chartered Financial Planning CII or CISI (or equivalent industry standards).
