Accounts Assistant - Sage
Salary £23- £26k DOE + parking space, 28 days holiday
35 hour week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sage proficient Accounts Assistant for a medium sized company in Weybridge. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for maintenance of the Sage Line 50 accounting records, posting invoices from suppliers and employees expenses to SAGE Line 50.
You also will be responsible for posting monthly standard journals, reconciliation of sales and purchase ledgers, maintenance of control accounts, preparing data for overseas countries tax returns and calculation of deductions, assisting with month end accounts preparation, checking invoices, raising sales invoices, posting bank transactions, creation of divisional Excel reports.
They process approx 120 invoices per month of high value and very complex. Therefore they are seeking someone with good attention to detail, able to deal with high volumes, Sage Line 50 proficient and strong Excel.
