Our client is currently recruiting for a performance manager to join their Liverpool based team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with both the Business Assurance Team and the Finance Team to ensure the effective running of both functions and to drive continuous improvement.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Performance Management - Performance strategies, performance strategies
• Internal Audit - Internal audit strategy, Internal Controls
• Line Management - Managing and evaluating team members' performance
The successful candidate will have:
• Track record of managing staff to deliver excellent support services
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and effective knowledge and information sharing
