Divisional Finance Director

An exciting growing business who are undertaking a variety of acquisitions and venture over the coming months are looking for a talented divisional FD to work closely with the MD for a £35m t/o subsidiary.

Acting as the commercial gate keeper for this growing business unit you will have responsibility for developing robust relationships with internal and external stake holders and driving growth whilst maximising profitability. This role offers a broad range of commercial challenges including acquisitions, JV accounting, complex contract analysis and assisting the business development team with new business tenders.

You will be an ambitious individual with strong commercial experience gained in a corporate environment. You will be qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA and looking for a growing and fast paced company.
