Internal Planning Manager
This prestigious FTSE-250 listed life assurance business requires an Internal Planning Manager as part of a departmental restructure. The purpose of the role will be to lead and improve the quarterly, half-year and annual planning processes, embedding new reporting initiatives in to their existing reporting process in preparation for the change from Solvency I to II. You will project manage this transition and will work alongside Solvency II project teams and line managers to ensure that the company's reporting capabilities remain robust and accurate. In addition there will be an ongoing process improvement agenda and applicants will need to be familiar with the demands of the life assurance sector and Solvency II. You will also need to be able to demonstrate strong project management experience and be experienced at conceiving, planning and controlling projects from initiation through to delivery.
