This is a very hands on role that will require you to perfect your man management skills in order for you to manage both the production and farming operations within the business.

To be a successful candidate, previous experience of planning, drilling and harvesting crop will need to be your forte. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills for you to be able to achieve the full potential of this role, and we guarantee if you can break a sweat and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, the rewards will be fantastic. You will also need to be good people managers
