Retail Visual Merchandiser - West Sussex - £20k!

Salary 20k
Location: Bognor Regis

Purpose:
- To support the Shops Team with merchandise displays, manage compliance to promotional activity and to coach & share best practise across the department with Retail Standards.
- Support Head of Department Shops with improving Store Standards in all venues.
- Work with the Resorts Teams to improve merchandising standards through visual merchandising display principles.
- Build relationships with Team and understand day to day requirements of each store
- Support Resort Teams workload with key calendar event changes
- Drive compliance to Retail Promotions Calendar and Planograms
- Identify "hotspots" in all venues for key merchandise displays or retail activity.
- Creative new display areas and coach Team on best practise.

Reporting to:
- Head of Department - Bognor Regis
- Dotted line to Head of Retail Shops

Key Accountabilities:
