Workshop Manager

Due to restructuring, my growing client is seeking to recruit a professional and experienced Workshop Manager / Assistant Service Manager.

The successful Workshop Manager will have strong leadership skills and a well developed level of delegation.

Leading a flagship site, you will be expected to provide quotes and estimates for customers and colleagues.

There is an existing support structure consisting of Shift Supervisors and a Workshop Controller, however as Assistant Service Manager you will be expected to know everything that is happening in the workshop and take responsibility for 26 technicians working across 3 shifts.

As this is a managerial position you will need to take responsibility for adherence to Health & Safety and Quality Standards (ISO:9002) along with Efficiencies, Productivity, Work in Progress, Warranty Claims etc.
